Role Description:
- As an IT Recruitment Specialist at RTNS, you will play a pivotal role in building our talented team.
- You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a specific focus on IT and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
- Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals through industry events, conferences, and online communities.
Talent Acquisition:
- Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes and cover letters, assessing their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct technical interviews, assessing candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and domain knowledge.
- Utilize advanced screening techniques like technical assessments and coding challenges to identify top talent.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and providing timely feedback.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
