Routes Car Rentals is one of the fastest growing Car Rental Company in North America. We are currently expanding our presence globally via our affiliate program. To assist With our expansion, we are current expansion goals, we are currently looking for a full- time Rate Manager who has proven experience within the car rental industry with a strong acumen of rate management via GDS and other rate management portals.

Responsibilities:

# Loading and monitoring rates on major OTA and

#39 (online travel agencies) such as CarRentals.com etc.

# Monitor competitor pricing and analyze market pricing trends.

# Manage local pricing for multiple locations.

# Identify trends and opportunities for incremental pricing and promotional improvements. #pricing-related related analytical and comprehensive reports.

# Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

* Based upon performance up to 100% incentive payout monthly.

* Should be good at Mathematics in calculations.

* Interested areas should be Games and Communication

* 4 months probation period

Qualifications:

- Must have experience in managing pricing with GDS.

- Knowledge of the other rate management portals will be an asset.

- Solid analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent computer skills, strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours.

- Must be proficient in English. #Willing to travel if needed.

- Candidates needs to have accounts understanding with good maths and analytical skills

- Good salary package with the handsomely paid incentive program

- Night Shift Timings - Rotational Timings (Rotational week Off)

- Salary package - Within 3 LPA (Depending upon experience and Interview Process)

Walk-in Drive Date - 11/03/25 to 14/03/2025

Timings - 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
