Role Overview: As an Engineering Manager at Caizin, you will be pivotal in guiding and mentoring a team of top-tier software engineers to develop and deliver world-class cloud-based software solutions. You will drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, you will define and prioritize product features and enhancements. You will also play a key role in recruiting and onboarding top engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based software solutions.
• Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our products, which operate at a petabyte scale, by implementing industry best practices and architectural patterns.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
• Provide technical guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to help them grow and excel in their roles.
• Champion engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes to ensure high-quality, maintainable software.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent and actively participate in the hiring and onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies and distributed systems.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong technical expertise in Javascript, Angular, Ngrx, Rxjs etc.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
