Manager Account Operations - UK Based MNC

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• To work with ICP operations and management team in London to understand asset data management requirements and plan accordingly.
• To lead a specialised artworking team extracting and processing complex creative components from label artwork
• To implement action plans with the wider team and manage team prioritization and output using established processes and guidelines.
• To provide regular work and team status and SLA reports aligned to clients expectations, showing both current and historical progress and contrasting against expected/future targets and workloads.
• To develop insights into current ways-of-working and propose new solutions.
• To work on resource management in terms of distributing workload across the team members of the project.
• To be accountable for team performance and proactively upskill and develop team members.
• To engage directly with Global Operations Manager in delivering progress reports, managing & communicating team capacity aligned to business priorities/contracted deliverables.
• To engage alongside the Global Operations Manager with the clients key stakeholders, providing engaging and informative presentations.
• Highlight potential risks/conflicts to the Global Operations Manager, proactively actioning issues or providing Solutions

Preferred candidate profile

Packaging experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of creative production/project management experience (artworking skills).
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience in client-facing interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of the media channels your clients work with.
• Strong IT skills.
• The ability to multi-task.
• Enthusiasm for all aspects of your role.
• Media agnostic.
• Able to work alone and as part of a world class team.
• Drive optimisation and automation across all processes.
• Keep up to date with innovation.
• Able listener.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good presentation skills.
