To prepare culture media, Autoclave Operation, pH of media, GPT, Culture Management, Biohazard Destruction, Marking of tubes and plates, Sterilization of accessories, Pre-incubation, Observation and recording of parameters and results, Cleaning and Fogging of microbiology laboratory. Sterility sample analysis and incubation, daily observation of analysed samples, recording. To perform LBPC, Method Validations, Hold Time Studies, Disinfectant Validation. Preparation of trends, initiation of QMS. Any other responsibility assign by section in charge/HOD."
