Software Engineer

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and grow your skills in a supportive environment. - Own end-to-end development and quality of products, tools, and services that add value anddelight customers.- Evaluate requirements, estimate costs, design, and implement products or services.- Define and implement quality criteria, using data to validate customer experience.- Improve engineering processes, manage risks, and integrate software into broader ecosystems.- Contribute to innovative feature designs, considering customer needs and competitive analysis.- Drive design reviews, write maintainable code, and ensure robust test coverage.- Use data insights to guide technical design decisions and enhance performance.- Optimize code for efficiency, refactor for maintainability, and prevent common bugs.- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to a positive team environment, and lead by example in qualitystandards.- Ensure compliance with security guidelines and continuously improve automation practices.- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to internal/external tech communities. - 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering with hands-on experience in modern programminglanguages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).- Hands-on experience with version control (Git), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API integrations.- Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and IT service management (ITSM).- Problem-solving skills with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.- Knowledge of ISO standards and security practices is a plus.
