You will be a key member of the product team, responsible for shaping futuristic data products.
Youll have the opportunity to work with the C-level staff, business stakeholders, product managers/leads, and engineering teams to define the next-generation customer data management and marketing software.
Responsibilities.
Identify and understand emerging trends and opportunities in the digital advertising space by research, observation to enhance the current product portfolio.
Contribute to product vision and strategy.
Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap to lineup the backlog.
Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key stakeholders.
Prioritizing scope and activities based on business and customer impact.
Implement usage tracking and maintain channels for constant feedback loops with users to validate new feature requirements.
Write product requirements documents, user stories, and design docs as required.
Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time.
Managing product build timelines, priorities, and dependencies across agile teams.
Monitoring user behavior and product adoption using industry-standard analytics products to be backed with data-driven decisions to build, refine or deprecate features.
Build strong relationships with geographically distributed teams.
Collaborating across disciplines including Design, Engineering and Data.
Acting as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding to key stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications.
A minimum of 2+ years experience in a product management role, preferably in the Adtech industry, customer data management platforms, major digital marketers, or functions supporting advertisement marketing efforts, or any comparable web-based solutions.
A total of 4+ years of work experience.
Have strong presentation skills.
A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills.
A skilled storyteller with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to build product concepts that delight customers and deliver business results.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.
Ability to understand and communicate in the language of engineers.
