C Developer

Role & responsibilities

Strong proficiency in C programming with an understanding of low-level system calls and memory management.

• Experience with debugging and profiling tools like Valgrind and Code Sanitizers.
• In-depth knowledge of secure programming practices, including input validation, handling buffer overflows, and other common vulnerabilities.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and experience with various Linux services such as SSH, Dovecot, Postfix, Apache, Nginx, Cron, and FTP.
• Familiarity with Linux Kernel parameters and limits (e.g., ulimit, sysctl) to optimize performance.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB for database management, optimization, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of compiling and building applications under Linux, including handling external libraries, static and dynamic linking, and building .deb packages for both 32/64-bit systems.
