Roles and Responsibilities

Team Management: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, Manage team workload and priorities.

Project Management : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Technical Skills required : Hands on experience of managing and designing databases in MySQL, MS-SQL, and PostgreSQL. Good knowledge of PHP Laravel Framework, Dot Net.
Knowledge of Python will be added advantage.

Client Communication : Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships. Present project updates and deliverables to clients. Address client concerns and issues in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates having experience in managing inhouse software development and management of software develoeprs team, liasioning with stake holder will be preferred.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Role & responsibilities
