Oracle SCM Manager (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are actively hiring for a Senior Oracle SCM Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead a dynamic team for managing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.

Role : Oracle SCM Manager.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid) - PAN India/Remote options available.

Shift : 2 PM - 11 PM IST.

Start Date : Immediate.

Duration : 1 Year Contract.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across global business teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements.

- Drive continuous system improvements and business transformation.

- Ensure SOX compliance and manage Oracle Service Requests.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years in Oracle SCM applications (Order Management, Inventory, Supply Planning, etc.)

- 5+ years managing Oracle teams.

- 2+ years of experience with Oracle SCM Cloud.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements :

- Oracle SCM Expertise : 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applications, with a strong understanding of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Planning, and other relevant modules.

- Team Management : 5+ years of experience managing Oracle teams, including technical and functional resources.

- Cloud Experience : 2+ years of experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, including its architecture, features, and best practices.

- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams, build consensus, and drive results.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
