BusinessOnBot - Technical Product Manager (1-3 yrs)

- We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

- This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in product management who is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading B2B SaaS company.

- As we transition from a WhatsApp-centric approach to an omnichannel strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving both our marketing and support verticals.

Responsibilities:

- Formulate strategies for various product verticals along with the KPIs.

- Collaborate to develop a 3-6 month product roadmap supported by qualitative and quantitative research.

- Provide detailed product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the 'why' and 'what' aspects, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on the 'how' of implementation.

- Engage extensively with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective communication to understand their needs and feedback.

- Facilitate consensus across stakeholders Customer/Customer Success, GTM, and development by clearly articulating product decisions and choices.

- Operate with agility and efficiency, ensuring rapid execution in a high-growth startup environment.

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- You approach problems from their fundamental truths and build up from there.

- You have an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn.

- You are always eager to spend time with potential users to understand their problems, requirements, and needs.

- You have 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred), with ownership from concept to launch.

- You have experience addressing concerns around product adoption.

- You are comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with deep empathy for customer workflows and pain points.

- You have a working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development.

- You possess an analytical background, capable of driving business sense from data.

- You can handle pressure from multiple stakeholders and have experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, and other internal & external stakeholders
