You can't give time to yourself or your family or friends. And you have to follow certain rules like employees are not friends outside kinda stuff. At some point you see only sales and good thing about this place is growth you see huge growth if you give your heart and soul. And you won't get any sort of leaves they just say they give but no they don't.
