Responsible for recruiting and training new agents/PoSPs for Motor, Non-Motor and health Insurance vertical.
  • Getting premium amount from various PoSPs and providing a best service.
  • Guiding, Motivating & educating PoSPs in different line of business.
  • Desired Skills.

    Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same.
  • Understand and align with the company's policies.
  • Maintain highest level of business hygiene.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients as well as insurance companies..
