Business Development Manager

Job Summary :-

• Drive quarterly sales revenue targets and meet margin standards as per organizational guidelines.
• Generate new business from accounts within the assigned territory, consistently expanding market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts and collaborate effectively with OEMs and suppliers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Plan and conduct daily customer visits; submit daily sales call reports to track activity.
• Provide a weekly report on all sales activities and progress toward targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms with customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to position offerings effectively.
• Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
