Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the EIA service portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, private sector clients, and NGOs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and project stakeholders
• Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of project scopes and budgets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure, energy, mining, and other sectors requiring EIA.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote services.
• Stay updated on national and international environmental regulations and standards.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., environmental scientists, ecologists, and engineers) to deliver high-quality assessments.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelors/Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in environmental consulting or EIA services.
• Proven track record in securing and managing large-scale projects.
