Role and Responsibility:
* To Visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on daily basis.
* Build and maintain good working relationship with current and potential clients in order to create an
atmosphere that fosters sales.
* Engage and train Brands across hierarchy to implement payment solutions across the merchant base.
* Acquire, engage and train merchants on payment solutions.
* Meet the set goals and sales targets
* To promote marketing activities offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.
* Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchants issue resolution.
* Present periodic reports to management on sales operationsRole & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification
* Any Graduate with a good academic record
Skills and experience:
Essential
* At least 2 year of field sales experience of Merchant Acquiring / Banking/Sales Finance
* Hands on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions
Desirable
Soft Skills :
* Good negotiation, communication and convincing skills.
* Analytical skills
