  • Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s services/products to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills to help expand our market presence and drive revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

      • Identify and research potential business opportunities in target markets through online research, networking, and cold calling.
      • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and leads to meet sales targets.
      • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Sales Strategy & Execution:

      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand the company’s client base.
      • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
      • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and close deals effectively.
    • Client Relationship Management:

      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
      • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

      • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
      • Work with the project delivery team to ensure smooth execution of contracts and to meet client expectations.
      • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement of services/products.
    • Reporting & Documentation:

      • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
      • Provide regular reports on sales progress, lead status, and market trends to management.
      • Track sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and contribute to strategic planning.
    • Networking & Events:

      • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional relationships and generate new business leads.
      • Build a strong professional network within the industry to leverage potential business opportunities.
    • Market Intelligence:

      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
      • Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
