Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and prospects through Upwork platform and other channels
Qualify leads to determine their fit for our services
Submit bids and proposals on platforms like Upwork to secure new business opportunities.
Maintain and update the lead generation database regularly
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
Follow up with leads to convert them into clients and projects
Analyse industry trends and provide feedback to improve lead generation tactics
Track and report on lead generation metrics and results to management
