Job Description

  • Maintaining Customer Relationships and Follow Ups
  • Generate Enquiries on Daily Basis through Cold Calls, establish contacts through industrial exhibitors list, Websites, net search etc
  • Responsible for meeting the plan with respect to sales activities assigned
  • Maintain and update customer data and correspondence
  • Manage the debtors with support from finance and accounts team
  • Payment collections
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and grievance handling

  • Any Graduate/Any Specialization
