About the Role:Urban Company is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives and Product Promoters to champion our Smart Locks category. As a Smart Lock Promoter for Urban Company, you will deliver high-quality at-home demonstrations, answer product-related queries, assess door compatibility, and ensure customer confidence in choosing Native Smart Locks. This dynamic, field-oriented role will allow you to showcase your sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer persuasion skills to drive conversions and elevate the Urban Company experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging At-Home Demonstrations: Conduct interactive, informative demonstrations for customers at their homes, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of the Native Smart Lock, tailored to meet their specific security needs.
• Build Rapport & Foster Trust: Actively listen to customers, address concerns, and position yourself as a trusted Smart Lock promoter, establishing a strong connection to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Utilize effective sales strategies and persuasive communication skills to convert product demonstrations into purchases, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly targets.
• Technical Assessment: Conduct accurate compatibility checks of customer doors, ensuring the product is suitable for their home.
• Feedback & Follow-Up: Record valuable customer insights, answer any post-demo queries, and maintain clear communication to promote a positive brand experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles, ideally in consumer electronics or home service domains.
• Education: 12th pass or equivalent education level.
• Skills: ○ Persuasive, engaging communication in both English and Hindi. ○ Ability to quickly understand and articulate product technicalities. ○ Confidence in executing in-home demonstrations and building customer relationships.

Role Requirements:

• Field Mobility: Candidates must have their own mode of transport (bike/scooter) for commuting to customer locations.
• Location-Based Work Setup: Bangalore, Mumbai

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand. ● Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month.
• Conveyance Reimbursement: Mileage-based conveyance allowance of up to ₹5,000 for travel to customer locations.
• Equipment Provided: Laptop for work use provided by Urban Company.
