Responsibilities

• Youll be responsible for bringing the new business in the company.
• Direct side of business i.e. Property, Fire, Marine, Property, Health, Liability insurance
• Defining target demographics and proposing ways to expand us
• Setting goals based on documented company revenue and projected budgets
• Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives that foster new and engage existing members of target audience groups
• Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed

Strategy & Governance

• Define strategies and lead the formulation of initiatives to support local and regional objectives/directions and facilitate the development of corresponding operational plans.
• Ensure governance structures and processes are in place to meet corporate and regulatory compliance requirements

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidate must have atleast 2-3 year's of Working experience in relevant Industry (Broking House)
• Bachelors degree in marketing communications, advertising or another related field is required
• Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
• Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required
