Business Development Engineer

• Position : Business Development Engineer
• Experience & Education: 0-5 Years
• Qualification: Full time BE/ B. Tech Degree in Civil /NICMAR /MBA in project management/ M tech in Geotechnical Engineering
• Industry Experience: Understanding of Construction /Civil /Ground Engineering business & foundation engineering (Piing, Ground Improvement, Grouting, Stone Column) / customers requirements/ new techniques
• Job Location: Office based (Mumbai) and willing to travel extensively to project site locations.
• Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Description :

• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Keep prospective client database updated•
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Co-ordination across department to get technical inputs
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain client relationship with existing clients to create new business opportunities.
• Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
• Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and ensuring timely price quotations and/or proposals.
• Provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity
• Maintaining & analyzing the competitors product & new activities in the market.

• Ability to work under pressure
