Business Development Associate

Role: Business Development - Mechanical Engineering (Fresher/1 Year Experience)

What Were Looking For:
Were looking for a self-motivated individual with a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering. An MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage. While prior experience in sales/business development is welcome, it is not mandatory—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Cold Calling: Identify and connect with potential clients in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
2. Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in presenting outsourcing solutions like contract manufacturing, OEM, and Design services to international clients.
3. Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound leads, and assist in their end-to-end management under the guidance of senior team members.
4. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of market trends.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Learn to update and maintain client records in CRM tools and generate relevant reports.
6. Technical Understanding: Leverage your mechanical engineering background to comprehend client requirements and support solution crafting.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with senior BD professionals to onboard new clients and manage partnerships.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CAD-related software like SolidWorks/Inventor/Ansys is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Degree: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a passion for sales.
