We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team responsible for developing and managing dashboards for key projects. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, translated into technical requirements, and implemented effectively within the data analytics platform. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while contributing to the design and functionality of the dashboards.
This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, and dashboarding, who can work collaboratively with data analysts, developers, and decision-makers to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
o Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting needs.
o Gather and document requirements for data analytics and dashboard development projects, translating them into technical specifications for the data analytics team.
o Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems.
KPI Definition and Dashboard Design
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs that align with business goals and ensure that they are measurable, realistic, and achievable.
o Work with data analysts and Power BI developers to design dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights based on KPIs and other key metrics.

o Ensure dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, allowing stakeholders to easily interpret data and make informed decisions.
Data Mapping and Validation
o Perform data mapping between business requirements and available data sources, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and used effectively in the dashboard.
o Validate data accuracy by working closely with data engineers and analysts, ensuring that dashboards reflect up-to-date and reliable information.
o Identify any data gaps or inconsistencies and work with the technical team to resolve them.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination
o Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the data analytics team, facilitating communication and ensuring that both sides are aligned on project objectives and timelines.
o Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any potential risks or roadblocks to stakeholders.
o Ensure that stakeholder feedback is incorporated into the design and functionality of the dashboards, making adjustments as necessary to meet business needs.
Project Management and Documentation
o Assist in project management tasks, such as tracking project timelines, monitoring milestones, and ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
o Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, data sources, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and accountability.
o Create user guides, manuals, and training materials to support end users in understanding and utilizing the dashboards effectively.
Business Insights and Recommendations
o Analyze data trends, patterns, and insights derived from the dashboards to provide actionable recommendations for improving business performance.
o Present findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders, supporting them in decision-making processes with data-driven insights.
o Identify areas for operational efficiency, cost reduction, or process improvement based on data analysis.
Change Management and User Training
o Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders and end-users when implementing new dashboards or analytics tools.

o Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to navigate and interpret the dashboards, ensuring they can leverage insights to drive business outcomes.
o Gather feedback from users post-implementation to identify any issues or areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data analytics, business intelligence, or dashboarding environment.
