- *Ticket Management:Receive and manage maintenance tickets from stores, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.

- *Vendor Sourcing:Utilize search engines to locate and connect with local technicians in specific cities to resolve identified issues.

- *Cost Negotiation:Negotiate service costs with technicians to ensure competitive pricing for the required maintenance.

- *Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with store personnel, technicians, and other stakeholders throughout the maintenance process.

- *Night Shift :Work exclusively during night shifts to support store operations and resolve maintenance issues in real-time.

*Requirements:

There is no good thing in the company. totally waste of time

Dislikes

Full of Politics in RGV Team, Especially the MD only listen to the senior people words, He will not consider us what new people are saying. He will not analyse whether it is correct or not. Blindly he will potray in bad. They will terminate if we took leave in emergency cases.
