Job Description
- Experience :
- 7+ years of experience as a business analyst in data governance, data management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data governance initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks, data quality management, metadata management, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data integration and reporting tools.
- Experience with data management platforms and techniques such as data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align data governance processes with organizational objectives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to present complex data governance concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other industry standards.
- Experience in managing compliance and risk mitigation efforts related to data governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
