Job Description
Strategy
- Engage with global customers to understand & assess business problems areas in Digital manufacturing space
- Identify process, technology & data gaps. Define to-be processes to address & create Value Chain digital transformation roadmaps
Implementation:
- Support implementation and adoption of digital transformation solutions across organizational entities and ensure alignment with business strategy and plans.
- Employ transformative technologies like IoT/ Data/ Advanced Analytics/ AR & VR and also MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Define, Design and drive specifications, and SOPs for transformative technologies with relevant inputs from cross functional teams
- Engage with leading software product providers and analysts to keep abreast of industry trends.
Capability building ad GTM:
- Build New Capabilities in the space in areas like: (a) Connected factory; (b) Connected Product; (c) OT Layer Solutions (Historians, SCADA, etc..); (d) Edge Capabilities; (e) Integrated Security; (f) Digital Twin
- Plan and execute global GTM for new capabilities

It all depends upon the Project which you are into and team which you get. For me both in terms of Project as well as Team is really great. Getting to learn more things on the Project. Also the working condition purely depends on your Manager. Currently the company is offering hybrid i.e. 3 days wfo.
- Work satisfaction - Good
Hikes and Appraisal should be based on the Project. As right now what I could see is the hikes are not that good enough.
- Promotions - Poor
