Business Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Works with Clients to define high-level requirements and capture business needs
  

• Demonstrating the products to prospective customers
  

• Working independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way
  

• Explore, analyze and utilize various software platforms from an end-user perspective
  

• Coordinating with Development and Testing teams
  

• Manage multiple tasks at once to meet demanding deadlines
  

• Developing functional and non-functional requirements
  

• Attending management status meetings
  

• Schedule and make sure all sprint ceremonies are done in timely and effective manner
  

• Make sure all the FRS documents are ready and sign off is received before sprint start date
  

• Review and approve test cases
  

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in healthcare projects will be an added advantage
  

• Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies
  

• Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high level customer requirements
  

• Ability to develop business solutions and structures to realize identified opportunities
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Excellent communication skills
