Business Analyst

Role Objective:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with actionable insights and data-driven solutions. They will conduct detailed analyses, create intuitive dashboards, and ensure that projects are delivered effectively and on time, meeting stakeholder expectations and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Requirement gathering to prepare As-is and to-be reports
• Develop and maintain clear and concise Requirement Specification Documents, including updates for scope changes post-impact analysis.
• Design and prototype dashboards that effectively communicate key business metrics and performance indicators, ensuring functionality meets end-user needs.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Client-facing experience with strong customer handling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in the Power, Energy, and Utility domain.
