Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders (educators, administrators).

- Provide actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform decision-making and improve processes.

- Identify and propose solutions to improve educational processes, curriculum delivery, and student engagement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure smooth communication.

- Assist in selecting and implementing educational technologies and platforms.

- Support change management and user adoption.

- Market research new business initiatives and interact with external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Graduate degree from IIT/NIT

- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in education.

- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and educational systems (LMS, SIS).

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
