Title: Product Manager / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document clear and concise business and functional requirements from stakeholders and create user stories. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and refine product requirements if required.

Lead end-to-end solution creation, from problem discovery and scoping to defining tailored solutions that addressed client pain points, win themes, and cost constraints.

Adept at prioritizing and completing tasks to meet customers needs. Utilizing Agile methodologies to lead the team through the product and software development lifecycle, building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market research and user feedback.

Design and review of various documents including the Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Process Maps/Flowcharts, Use Cases/User Stories

Experience in creating Product Roadmap, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review meetings, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement meetings.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs. Develop winning propositions aligned with industry trends and provide a competitive edge.

Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Organize and facilitate user testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate product features based on feedback.

Support business development by managing solution development, bid processes, and commercial engineering for RFPs for both new sales and existing accounts.

Provide consulting services, recommending tech stacks, products, and strategies, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Exceptional communicator and presenter, equally comfortable with executives/stakeholders through end-users to include presentations, proposals, product evaluations, and gap analysis.

Knowledge of creating process flows and wireframes.

Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies including MoMs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in product management, business analyst, or a related role.

Certification in Business Analysis Preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Agile Software development, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall.

Experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Proficiency in Excel, MS Office.
