Job Title: Business Analyst (Finance Domain)

Location: Mumbai (Chembur)

Job Description:

- As part of the AXS Solutions team, your primary role would be to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and automation.

- To create requirement specifications from the business needs ie. BRD, FRD & SRS, define the to-be-processes, detailed functional designs based on requirements & functional gap analysis document and evaluation.

- Work closely with Technology and engineering teams to understand existing systems, infrastructure, and technological capabilities.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.

- Conducting rigorous manual testing to execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document

- Creating, testing maintaining APIs

- Defects and inconsistencies to ensure the quality and functionality.

- Assist in project planning and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions.

- Coordinate and participate in UAT activities, ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in both manual & automation testing and business analysis, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong proficiency in Php, Node.js, My sql, Mongodb ec.

- In-depth understanding of utilizing Selenium, Maven, Postman, or equivalent testing tools.

- High impact communication and presentation skills across multiple formats.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Testing Methodologies, Business Analysis Techniques and Agile Methodologies.

- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or CCBA would be advantageous.-
