Job Description :

This role involves extensive client site travel for diagnostic studies and process flow analysis. As a key player in translating operational challenges into AI-driven solutions, youll work closely with clients to understand bottlenecks, collaborate with technical teams, and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Travel extensively to client sites for in-depth diagnostic studies and process analysis.

- Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and objectives.

- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed process information.

- Analyze data and process flows to identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client needs into AI solutions.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments (e.g., production, engineering, IT, quality, management) to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.

- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to gather requirements, present findings, and manage project expectations.

- Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of AI projects.

- Contribute to creating project proposals, presentations, and other documentation to clearly articulate value propositions and AI implementation plans.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, pain points, and objectives related to diagnostics and process optimization.

- Document current client processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.

- Develop and present actionable recommendations to enhance diagnostics, streamline processes, and improve performance.

- Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment and implementation success.

Qualifications :

- Experience in process optimization, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- B1/B2 visa for international client visits.

- Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively across diverse teams.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Experience in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to drive successful project outcomes.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand expectations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed needs.
