Assistant Maintenance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who will be ready to travel and manage the maintenance activities which includes fixing, repairing and maintaining the mechanical equipment's including store infrastructure, operational functions, etc. for our stores. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India's great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting periodic inspections at stores of all electrical connections and control panels
• Leading maintenance team for Hyderabad region
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Managing vendors when expertise repairs are expected
• Measure and handle the prevention strategies maintenance
• Handling the basic repairs and make a routine maintenance
• Identifying and repairing technical problems
• Installation of infrastructure for machines and equipment's as required
• Performing routine repairs and replacing damaged equipment's if any
• Vendor Management

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 9LPA. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company.
