As the Senior Product Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the product analytics function from the ground up. This flagship role will empower data-driven decision-making across the product organization, delivering insights that improve product performance and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to develop a strong foundation for product data strategy, analytics, and measurement frameworks.
Major Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, and business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for our suite of software and API products and implement systems to monitor them.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing actionable recommendations that drive product growth and improvement.
Establish best practices and develop systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Communicate insights and findings clearly and regularly to a diverse set of stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Abilities:
Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e. g. Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
Proven ability to define and report on product KPIs
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and build out a new function within a fast-paced environment.
