Major Responsibilities:
Drive product enablement, increase NPS, increase brand affinity, and lower time to value by pairing products with well organized and engaging learning content; define strong, measurable learning objectives and tie them to product goals.
Define and refine the objectives for Lightcast s product and data certification programs; develop learning and development content to support certification programs.
Develop and deliver product training in support of product and feature releases to internal stakeholders including sales, customer success, and marketing.
Collaborate with product teams, technical writers, and other instructional designers to understand the key business problems being solved; articulate Lightcast solutions using clear and concise interactive learning content.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of instructional programs to track their success; make improvements as necessary.
Abilities:
Instructional design, particularly for adult learning
Explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Exam and/or assessment design and implementation
Building instructional programs with courses that build a learner s skill set from beginner to expert
