We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of complex React applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to operations and activities.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks (Next.js).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
