Job Description:

Experience: 0 - 1 years

Location: Vadodara.

Your contributions to organisation's growth

• Manage spare delivery within stipulated time.
• Follow up for material from purchase and manufacturing on weekly basis and timely escalate the issue to higher up if there is any delay.
• Receive timely stock transfer of materials to KIOSK.
• Manage the inventory of KIOSK and preserving the materials in the KIOSK.
• Follow up with customer for statutory forms, like Road Permits, Excise duty exemption certificates etc.
• Quality Audits of the KIOSK and manufacturing variance within 2% of total inventory value.
• Send Purchase Orders and Delivery schedule to the customers.
• Prepare invoicing plan quarterly.
• Invoice and submission of Dispatch documents on time to the customer.
• Ensure the correctness of packing list vis-à-vis correctness of material in terms of items, quantity and maintain the records of the photograph for the dispatched material for Claim Management.
• Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.

Education / Experience:

• Education & Experience: BE/B.Tech with Mechanical Engineering with min. 0 - 1 years of experience

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of rotating equipment
• Relevant experience of sales of spare parts of compressors/pumps/valves will be preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Good business acumen.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP system
• Knowledge of EOHS

Language skills:

• English, Hindi
• Language skill in German would be added advantage.

Special requirements:

• This role demands continuous interaction with customer .
• It also demands end to end support to customer for his requirement of spares.

• Accuracy of Sales offer
• Time taken to submit the offer.
