Role & responsibilities

• Assist and collaborate with learning designers to develop course modules, assessments, learning activities, and multimedia assets.
• Design and create visually appealing and effective learning materials, including graphics, animations, interactive elements, and videos for e-learning modules, presentations, and other training resources.
• Use multimedia software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Pawtoons, and other approved GenAI tools) to produce engaging content.
• Utilize established templates, standards and style guides in order to ensure a consistent learner experience and to maintain high content-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience working with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Pawtoons).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, animations, and other multimedia learning content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
