Principal Engineer - C++/Javascript (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Experience :

- 5-10 Years of experience in Software Development, with a focus on graphics programming

Skills : (Technical & Behavioral)

- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance graphics applications using OpenGL and WebGL

- Strong work experience with C++

- Experience with JavaScript and WebAssembly

- Experience with performance profiling and optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

- Familiarity with GLSL (OpenGL Shading Language)

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

- Behavioral Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, strong decision-making capabilities

Desirable but not mandatory :

- Printing domain experience

- Ability to work in a matrix environment

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Understanding of 3D graphics principles and algorithms

- Exposure to both Server side and Client side (Application) development

- Experience in image processing
