Job Description
- Bachelors in business administration/ commerce/ managementstudies/ economics or a related discipline from a recognisedinstitute with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Preference shall be given to candidates enrolled/completed aPhD or completed a Masters with NET or similar exams
- Having previous experience working in an academic or research environment is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and
- prioritise effectively

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a Teaching Research Associate for multiple courses aspart of the PGDM curriculum
- Assist the Program Office in research teaching-relatedactivities, including literature reviews, data collection, dataanalysis, managing research databases, and report writing
- Support Faculty to plan and organise lectures, workshops,seminars, and conferences
- Prepare lecture/workshop/teaching materials, including agendas,presentations, and handouts to ensure content and methods ofdelivery meet learning objectives
- Analyse and prepare academic reports and feedback plans as perthe requirement
- Facilitate effective coordination between the Faculty andstakeholders for various special projects
- Assist students with assignments, research projects, teamlearning activities, preparation for assessments, and offeringaccess to learning materials
- Engage in professional development as appropriate, carryforward research work that is synergic with the BSM andregularly update the subject-related knowledge base
