Key Responsibilities:Customer Greeting:Warmly welcome customers as they enter the showroom

Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors

Information and Assistance:Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and promotions

Provide accurate information on showroom offerings and direct customers to relevant departments

Appointment Coordination:Schedule and coordinate customer appointments with sales representatives or other staff members

Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer appointments

Customer Comfort:Ensure the showroom environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Monitor and maintain the overall ambiance, including lighting, music, and cleanliness

Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of showroom products

Provide basic information on products and services to customers

Assistance with Test Drives:Coordinate test drives for customers interested in test-driving vehicles

Assist in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable test drive experience

Event Support:Provide support during showroom events, launches, or promotions

Assist in organizing and coordinating customer engagement activities

Customer Feedback:Collect feedback from customers about their showroom experience

Report customer comments and suggestions to the relevant departments for improvement

Appointment Follow-up:Follow up with customers after appointments to gather feedback and address any additional needs

Maintain a database of customer interactions for future reference
