We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Insurance Executive to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel insurance sales, including client acquisition, policy issuance, and claims processing
The Travel Insurance Executive will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for travel insurance products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other business partners to promote travel insurance products
Educate clients on the benefits of travel insurance and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage options
Process insurance policy applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and assistance as needed
Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting travel insurance, and incorporate this knowledge into sales and marketing strategies
Prepare reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends for management review
Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
