Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Supply Chain (12-22 yrs)

Location : Gurgaon

Role:

- Design warehouse and logistics process, policies, procedures, and compliances to maintain standards of safety, productivity in daily operations and high degree of controls.

- Design and implement standardization of warehouse quality across LOBs, hygiene, infrastructure, space optimization, safety standards, surveillance. Documenting and reviewing best practices with industry and global benchmarks.

- Design of warehouse trainings, guidelines, roles & responsibilities, people continuous assessments for warehouse agencies and internal stakeholders

- Governance with 3PL partners - Define standard KPIs, SLAs, governance framework, checklists across vendors and internal stakeholders and ensure rigorous governances on these to maintain consistent scores.

- Establish and drive the entire automation for warehousing and logistics processes. Selection/design, driving adoption, baselining results of industry tools.

- Roadmap for automating manual tasks, reconciliations, tools such as WMS, TMS

- Design of tools and processes for end-to-end serial number / lot number visibility for inventory, assets.

- Close engagement and coordination with cross functional teams across business, warehouse operations, technical teams to deliver the above results.

- Embedding new functional capabilities in people and processes for continuous improvements

- Design and implement standardization of material management process quality across LOBs.

- Documenting and reviewing best practices with industry and global benchmarks.

- Capital work in process (CWIP) monitoring.

- Governance on aged inventory and creating a mitigating plan.

- Lead demand planning across LOBs and ensure timely supply delivery and governance.

- Drive analysis and methods for anticipating demand, building resilience and flexibility to changes in demand.

- Drive automation for smooth functioning of process and efficiencies

- Ensuring compliances wrt warehouse operations, packaging, and waste disposal

- Ensuring all applicable statutory compliances are adhered

- Ensuring all custom duty compliances are adhered.

Scrap disposal:

- Design and drive scrap disposal process from end to end

- Implement ESG way of working.

Qualification & Eligibility:

- PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred) form tier 1 institute

- 12-15 yrs. of experience in Material management and demand-supply planning

- Should have handled large sized Warehouses spread across the country.
