• Lead and oversee SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) development and implementation projects from end-to-end.
• Manage integration projects and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain integration flows between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI.
• Analyze and assess integration needs across various platforms, both SAP and non-SAP, to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Provide hands-on support for integration issue resolution, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and define optimal integration solutions.
• Lead a team of SAP CPI consultants and developers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Drive the integration strategy and roadmap within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, industry standards, and internal governance.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to define integration architecture.
• Provide technical leadership during SAP CPI upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Design and implement security measures for integration flows (such as OAuth, certificates, etc.).
• Monitor, manage, and optimize integration performance.
• Prepare documentation for integrations, including design specifications, troubleshooting guides, and run books.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP integration technologies and trends to continuously improve integration processes.
