Job Description
- Lead functional projects as a HCM subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge HR processes
- Additional configuration areas one or multiple of: Recruiting, Benefits, Absence and Time off or any other functional area withing Workday
- Responsible for configuration changes within Workday
- Manage and resolve operational tickets and issues
- Create change documentations for any configuration change to Workday
- Documentation on new functionality that is set up for Brookfield
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree required or minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience with HCM in Workday
- Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines
- Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge specifically including Excel (functions, pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)
- Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers
- Collaboration and can work effectively in a global team setting
