Amazon, Flipkart & Moglix Listing Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Amazon ,Flipkart & Moglix Listing Executive to manage the complete e-commerce backend operations, including listing, inventory management, order processing, and return handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart seller panels and the ability to work independently to manage all operational aspects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon ,Flipkart & Moglix seller panels, ensuring accurate information, images, and descriptions.
• Manage product categories, attributes, and variations for better discoverability.
• Ensure that all listings comply with platform guidelines and are optimized for better search visibility.
• Monitor and fix listing errors such as suppressed listings, missing information, and incorrect category placements.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Monitor incoming orders from Amazon ,Flipkart & Moglix and ensure timely processing for shipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment to avoid delays.
• Verify dispatch details, tracking information, and delivery status to ensure successful order completion.
• Handle order cancellations and replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal business loss.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

• Track inventory levels across Amazon & Flipkart to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Sync stock availability across platforms to maintain accurate real-time inventory updates.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) & Flipkart Smart Fulfillment inventory, ensuring stock is available at fulfillment centers.

4. Returns & Claim Management

• Track and verify returned shipments, ensuring they are received in proper condition.
• Identify discrepancies in return orders, such as missing items or fraudulent returns, and escalate them accordingly.
• Submit claims for lost, damaged, or incorrect return shipments and follow up for reimbursement.
• Ensure timely filing of claims to avoid financial losses due to non-compensated returns.

5. Dispute Handling & Seller Support Coordination

• Liaise with Amazon & Flipkart Seller Support to resolve listing errors, payment discrepancies, or account-related issues.
• Handle customer escalations related to order processing, returns, and payments.
• Investigate cases of order losses, incorrect deliveries, or fraud-related claims, ensuring a fair resolution.

6. Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across e-commerce platforms.
• Identify slow-moving or underperforming products and recommend price adjustments or promotional strategies.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive in the industry.
• Generate reports on sales trends, returns, and claims for management review.

7. Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Ensure that all listings and operations comply with Amazon ,Flipkart & Moglix guidelines to prevent account suspension.
• Stay updated with policy changes and best practices to maintain platform compliance.
• Implement A+ Content & Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) where applicable to enhance product appeal.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing Amazon ,Flipkart & Moglix seller panels with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, inventory management, and return handling on e-commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience in filing claims & disputes with Amazon & Flipkart for reimbursement.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools for data tracking and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil to coordinate with HQ and local teams.
• Experience in handling FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Flipkart Smart Fulfillment is a plus.Role & responsibilities
