Job Title: Google AdWords Campaign Manager (PPC Expert)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Google AdWords Campaign Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple small- and medium-sized campaigns across various industries. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on Google AdWords campaigns, including but not limited to PMax campaigns, Shopping Ads, Retargeting, and other emerging trends. The role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver high-impact results within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns for multiple small- and medium-sized clients, ensuring efficient budget allocation, targeting, and conversion optimization.
• PMax Campaigns & New Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in PPC advertising, with a particular focus on Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, Shopping Ads, and Retargeting strategies. Apply new techniques and features to drive better campaign performance.
• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop keyword strategies to improve ad relevance, quality scores, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Ad Creation & A/B Testing: Develop creative and compelling ad copy, including text ads, display ads, and responsive ads. Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant tools. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Bid Management & Budget Optimization: Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI. Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance goals while staying within budget.
• Shopping Campaigns: Create and optimize Shopping Ad campaigns for eCommerce clients, ensuring high product visibility and relevant targeting.
• Retargeting Campaigns:
Set up and manage effective retargeting campaigns to engage potential customers who have already interacted with the brand but have yet to convert.
• Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with clients, account managers, and other internal teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing objectives. Communicate campaign results and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience: 5+ years or More of hands-on experience managing Google AdWords campaigns, particularly for small and medium-sized Ecommerce businesses.
• Proficiency in Google Ads: In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, including Search Ads, Display Ads, Shopping Ads, Retargeting, PMax campaigns, and Google Ads editor.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance-tracking tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Keyword Research & Bid Management: Solid experience in conducting keyword research and bid management to maximize campaign efficiency.
• Ad Copy & Creative Testing: Experience in developing compelling ad copy and conducting A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign performance issues quickly and effectively.
• Certifications:Google AdWords Certification is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in working with eCommerce and retail clients is Must.
• Experience with other PPC platforms like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and competitive analysis.
