Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday will be Fixed Off)

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for curating, promoting events and selling online tickets for events such as exhibitions, concerts, theatres, club nights, single events, dance performances across the Australia, India, UK, USA. Your role will involve fostering relationships with individuals, event managers, etc. and ensuring they have access to extraordinary events allocated across the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fostering sales through various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Building a good rapport with various Event managers and organizers.
• Managing space selling on Websites.
• Focusing on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and approaches.
• Maintaining and updating closure reports.
• Co-ordination with Inter/Intra departments for various activities related to events, processes etc.
• Create innovative strategies to foster promotion and sales.

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Effective and strong Communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Should have a Go Getter and a positive attitude.
• Must have an Enthusiastic and Extrovert personality.
• Should imply an optimistic approach.
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts.
