Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) helps clients in North America and Europe meet their regulatory compliance needs and manage critical communications to shareholders. We serve banks, brokers, mutual funds, retirement funds, and corporate issuers. Proxy mailings and vote processing account for a large portion of ICS; the industry relies on us for quarterly and annual meetings, disclosure communications, prospectus, and other financial communications, like tax reporting, to investors in equity securities and mutual funds. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong C#, . Net, MVC, . Net Core, T-SQL, EF, JavaScript/jquery, Git/GitLab.
• Knowledge of SQL, Data Models, and database best principles. Knowledge of SQL server and stored Procedures.
• Knowledge of working on Console Applications.
• Experience working on Agile teams with Agile methodologies like Scrum under Sprint cadence
• Experience with UI/UX using Javascript, Typescript, and CSS and HTTP protocol
• Experience with both consuming/integrations with 3rd party APIs and developing API best-on-best practices like OpenAPI, Swagger
• Enjoys working in a highly effective, deadline-driven, and fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with manipulation of XML and JSON is required.
• Hands-on experience with modern SDLC processes; exposure to deployment using Jenkins or similar CI/CD orchestrator; Code and Branch management in GIT and other CSM.
• Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for assigned aspects of the project
• Ability to innovate and iterate, willingness to experiment quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work constructively in a shared team environment
